The KEP is a complex programme that foreseen the finalisation of different documents, studies and analysis in forms of notes, minutes, training materials, chapters, reports and books. As communication strategy and with training purposes, all relevant reports (including main chapters, notes and surveys) produced during the implementation of the programme as well as all other important background documents have been transparently published and can be freely downloaded from this website with the exception of the administrative documents generally referring to the Component 9 of the Programme that cannot be downloaded without a specific password as their interest is specifically related to internal monitoring and evaluation purposes. Nevertheless, the audit reports (of the Kosovo National Audit Office, of the Sida external auditor and of the Mid Term Review) has been also published as they includes important comments and recommendations for the better implementation of the KEP.
