Çağrı Öner, who is a Turkish citizen and resides in Turkey, has more than 10 years of software development and web design experience, developing MIS, e-learning, human resources management and financial implementation systems for EU funded projects like CSD, Sivil Düşün, Improved Strategic Management Capacity, Economic Social Cohesion etc. Designed and developed more than 30 websites both for EU funded projects and other clients around Turkey and Balkans.
He has more than 25 years of photography experience and hence not only observed but also contributed to the development of Turkish photography within the last two decades, by being actively involved in civil society initiatives, giving presentations, writing articles, giving speeches in conferences, tutoring students of photography and opening exhibitions. Opened three personal portfolio exhibitions, and numerous project exhibitions which are exhibited all around Turkey, EU Headquarters in Brussels and EUD Building in Turkey. Three of those project exhibitions are opened by the ministers of the beneficiary ministries.
He also has more than 10 years of graphic design and desktop publishing experience, started as a freelancer, then founded design agencies giving graphic-design services to EU funded projects and clients from various fields mainly using Adobe Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Created the logos and visual identity of Civil Society Sector, CSD, Sivil Dusun, Competitive Sectors Programme, Intercultural Dialogue and Economic and Social Cohesion projects which are funded by the EU. Designed all the printed and promotional materials of 13 EU funded projects. Gave graphic design and visual identity services to several domestic and international organisations.
